Fitness tips

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to burn at least 500 calories daily. But do not reduce your diet to control the calories. This may have negative effect also. Here are some easy to follow tips to reduce weight without dieting...

- It is better to take salad or soup with past dish in place of taking a hamburger.

- Avoid fried foods like chips.

- Take low fat foods like salads etc with lunch and diner. Take slightly lesser quantity of food
each time you eat.

- Coffee has lot of calories. So, control intake of coffee accordingly.

- Try to walk or at least stand during talking with people or attending phone calls. If you are
able to walk extra for even 10 minutes daily, you can burn 1,000 calories per month which
shall reduce your weight by 3 pounds per year.

- Nuts are helpful in controlling the weight of body. So, take some nuts like walnut, almonds etc.
daily.

- If your job involves sitting for longer periods, try to stand or walk for few minutes in between.

- Take enough sleep. If you don't sleep adequately, quantity of stress hormone cartisole is
increased in the body which increase feeling of hunger. Further enough sleep is required to
burn carbohydrate in the body, which otherwise increase fat in the body.
