Stuffed Rice Kachoris (for two servings)

Ingredients

1. Green peas - 400 grams
2. Chopped green chilies - three
3. Grated green coriander leaves - one fistful
4. Salt and black pepper,according to taste
5. Rice flour - 250 gms
6. Hot milk - one cup
7. Gram flour - three spoonfuls
8. Oil for deep frying

Procedure

Boil green peas and rinse the excess water. Now mix grated green chilies, green coriander, salt and black pepper in it. Now clean the rice and gram flour with a sieve and mix a pinch of salt. Now mix the flours with milk in mixer. The quantity of milk should be such that the mixture should remain very dry and thick. Now prepare spheres of this mixture and flatten these in the form of thin round disks (puris). Stuff the peas mixture in it and seal the mixture inside by
folding the edges of th disk (puri). Now deep fry these disk and serve hot after rinsing the extra oil.
