Chocolate chip cookies and ice cream sandwich
Ingredients (for six sandwiches)
1. Chocolate chip cookies - 12
2. Tub ice cream- half liter
3. Chocolate sauce
Procedure
Devid ice cream with six cookies. Put cookies and ice cream in such a way that they form ice cream sand witches. Now freeze it for some time. Then serve these ice cream sandwitches with chocolate sauce.

Stuffed Rice Kachoris (for two servings)
Ingredients
1. Green peas - 400 grams
2. Chopped green chilies - three
3. Grated green coriander leaves - one fistful
4. Salt and black pepper,according to taste
5. Rice flour - 250 gms
6. Hot milk - one cup
7. Gram flour - three spoonfuls
8. Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Boil green peas and rinse the excess water. Now mix grated green chilies, green coriander, salt and black pepper in it. Now clean the rice and gram flour with a sieve and mix a pinch of salt. Now mix the flours with milk in mixer. The quantity of milk should be such that the mixture should remain very dry and thick. Now prepare spheres of this mixture and flatten these in the form of thin round disks (puris). Stuff the peas mixture in it and seal the mixture inside by
folding the edges of th disk (puri). Now deep fry these disk and serve hot after rinsing the extra oil.

2. Chopped onion- one
3. Chopped capsicum -two
4. Vegetables, boiled and chopped in diamond shape (Beans, cowliflower / brocoli, cucumber,
mushroom etc.) - one cup
5. Chili powder -half spoon
6. Mixed spices powder (garam masala) - half spoon
7. Green coriander leaves, chopped -two spoonfuls
8. Salt to taste
9. Grated cheese - three spoonfuls
Procedure
Heat up olive oil and fry chopped onions for about half a minute in it then add chopped capsicum, and fry for two minutes. Now add boiled vegetables, chili powder, spices powder, coriander leaves and salt and cook for few more minutes. Now sprinkle grated cheese over this mixture
and bake it for 10 minutes at 200 degree celcius in the oven. Then take out of the oven and serve hot.

Conjuctivitus Facts
Conjuctevitus is a disease involving eyes. This is caused by bacterial/ viral infection or allergy.
The swelling between outer layer of eyes and inner layer of eyelids is caused by these infections/ allergy.
Take following precautions immediately when you feel that you are infected by this disease and consult your doctor.
- Stop use of contact lens immediately.
- Do not allow others to use your towel, hanky and other such personal items and don't use others also.
- Wear sunglasses and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, bright light, dust or smoke.
- Don't become too close to other people as this may infect them also. However, this disease dosn't infect by talking or working together.
- Avoid swimming.

Fitness tips
If you want to reduce your weight, you need to burn at least 500 calories daily. But do not reduce your diet to control the calories. This may have negative effect also. Here are some easy to follow tips to reduce weight without dieting...
- It is better to take salad or soup with past dish in place of taking a hamburger.
- Avoid fried foods like chips.
- Take low fat foods like salads etc with lunch and diner. Take slightly lesser quantity of food
each time you eat.
- Coffee has lot of calories. So, control intake of coffee accordingly.
- Try to walk or at least stand during talking with people or attending phone calls. If you are
able to walk extra for even 10 minutes daily, you can burn 1,000 calories per month which
shall reduce your weight by 3 pounds per year.
- Nuts are helpful in controlling the weight of body. So, take some nuts like walnut, almonds etc.
